Ludo van Denderen

Ludo van Denderen was active in football for many years, working for clubs such as Feyenoord and Fortuna Sittard. As a journalist, he worked in the sports editorial teams of publications like Algemeen Dagblad and Omroep Brabant. While his focus was on football, his true passion lay in motorsport.

When Jos Verstappen made his Formula 1 debut, Ludo was watching it on TV. Since 1996, he has had a piece of the 1995 Simtek, which came from the bankruptcy of the British team, in his living room. Since the 1990s, he has been following Formula 1 closely, often attending races around the world. Other racing series also capture his interest, including WEC, DTM, IndyCar, and more.

Ludo is currently using all of his experience to make GPblog the ultimate motorsport site in the Netherlands. Over the past years, he has had several exclusives for GPblog and has spoken with motorsport legends such as Mario Andretti and Jacques Villeneuve. In addition to his work for GPblog, Ludo also contributes to the sports editorial team at Nu.nl.
